Become a More Mindful You in Three Phases
PHASE ONE

EDUCATION
During this phase, we will explore what it means to be Neuro-Divergent, and what are our Executive Functions. We will cultivate an understanding of how our brains work so that we can learn how to work with them
PHASE TWO

HEALING
During this phase, we will begin the healing process of self acceptance and develop a greater understanding of both our strengths and weaknesses. We will challenge the accepted norms of what it means to be a “successful” Frum woman and shift our focus from perfection to function
PHASE THREE

STRATEGIES
During this phase, we will learn practical and doable strategies that work for our brains. We will tap into the supportive community so that our daily actions match up with our goals
